Long Beach Resort Pools and Hot Tub Rules
Please print a copy of these and have all guests read.

1.      Person making reservation must be at least 25 years of age, occupy unit, and be responsible for financial obligations associated with renting the unit as well as conduct of all guests. All guests under 25 must have in-room adult supervision (over age 25).  Failure to abide by these rules may result in eviction without refund.

2.      Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged $20.00 per hour for early or late checkout.  Permission required.

3.      A $10.00 charge will be made for each non-returned key or pool I.D. tag.

4.      All guests (6-8 maximum) must be registered with us. There is a $50. per person charge, per night for extra guests under 12 and $100. per night charge for extra guests over 12.   If limit is exceeded eviction may occur without refund.

5.      A $250.00 security deposit is required in advance and must be received within one week after making reservation or reservation will be canceled.

6.      Deposit refunds are mailed within 14 days after departure if condo is left as it was found upon arrival. In the event anything is missing, broken, or damaged, deposit will be forfeited.  Anything missing, broken, or damaged and valued at over $250.00, renter agrees to pay remainder.

7.      Reservation will be canceled if rent is not paid at least thirty days in advance of reservation date.

8.      No refunds for early departure or storms*.   *Unless mandatory evacuation is announced by authorities.

9.      Subletting is NOT permitted.  Only registered guests may stay in condo.

10.   A cancelation notice of 14 days is required or deposit will be forfeited.

11.   Local calls are free. A calling card is required for long-distance calls.

12.   Cleaning fee includes a one-time supply of linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags.

13.   All vehicles entering the property must comply with the posted 10 MPH speed limit and have a visible pass displayed at all times. Vehicles not displaying a valid pass will be towed at owner’s expense.

14.   Short-term parking is provided for busses, trailers, RV’s, boats, etc. south of the Information Center. Violator’s vehicles will be towed.

15.   No parking is allowed under canopies, along front of buildings or other areas designated as fire lanes or not parking. Vehicles may be towed for violations.

16.   Golf carts, skates, roller blades, road surfers, skateboards, rental scooters and rental motorcycles are not allowed.

17.   Smoking in condo or balcony is NOT permitted. Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on property. (The legal age for consuming alcohol in Florida is 21 years.)

18.   No climbing on or leaning over balcony railings is allowed. 

19.   Feeding seagulls (or other birds) is prohibited throughout the resort property.

20.   Nudity and indecent exposure is prohibited.

21.   Only owner’s are allowed pets on property and must wear special I.D. tag.

22.   Water balloon slingshots and water balloon throwing is prohibited. Throwing any items (including cigars and cigarettes) from balconies and walkways is considered dangerous and will result in eviction of guests and forfeiture of deposit. Laser pointers are prohibited throughout the resort property.

23.   Do not hang towels or other articles on balcony or walkway railings. Walkways and stairways are fire exit lanes. No article shall be left in these areas at any time.

24.   The use of charcoal grills, gas grills, and hibachis is prohibited throughout the resort.

25.   Quiet hours are enforced throughout the resort between 10 P.M. and 10 A.M.

26.   Fireworks are not permitted.

27.   We request consideration of other guests during the use of this condo.

28.   Any violation of this Agreement or the Rules will result in eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit.

29.   Payment in full must be received at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Failure to receive payment will result in cancellation of reservation.

30.   Full refund if reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival.

31.   Pools and hot tubs are open from 7 AM to midnight. Quiet hours will be enforced.

32.   No coolers or radios are allowed on the lagoon pool deck.

33.   No floats or air mattresses are allowed in any pool when pool is crowded.

34.   Throwing or hitting balls or any projectile is prohibited in pool areas.

35.   No food or glass containers are allowed on pool areas.

36.   No diving from or climbing on rocks or waterfalls.

37.   Adults must accompany children under 12 years of age, and adults will be held responsible for actions of older children that may be unsupervised.

38.   Bicycles, pets, skates, skateboards or roller blades are not allowed on pool decks.

39.   No one is allowed to use pools or hot tubs without proper I.D. tags. This will be strictly enforced.

40.  No pets.

Special Care Instructions – We are pleased to have you as our guests and we hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do. From past experience we have learned that there are a few things we would like to ask guests to be careful about. We appreciate your cooperation in following all rules and regulations and hope that you will treat our condo, other guests, and the grounds at Long Beach Resort with proper respect. 

Improper care and operation of vertical blinds can result in expensive repairs. Please read and follow with care the enclosed vertical blind operating instructions. There are two sets of cords - metal and rope. One set (metal) opens and closes the blinds, and the other set (rope) slides the blinds from side to side. ****The blinds must be open before attempting to slide.**** All blinds must be turned the same direction in order for them to open, close, or slide.

  1. Do not sit on the furniture or beds if you are in a wet swimming suit or using tanning oil.
  2. Avoid bringing sand into the condo as it is difficult to remove and is very abrasive and damaging to furniture, beds, floors, and carpets. Showers are provided on the ground level for washing sand off both people and/or equipment before going to condo from pools or beach.  Please be considerate of the carpet.
  3. Do not leave doors open while air condition is running. Turn off air conditioner(s) if doors are to be open.
  4. Close the blinds when not in the condo during the day.
  5. DO NOT OPEN FRONT DOOR AND BALCONY DOOR AT THE SAME TIME. Wind damage may be considerable!  When not in use please bolt bedroom balcony doors.
  6. Cooking on balconies is not allowed.
  7. Hanging towels, bathing suits, or other items from balcony is not allowed.
  8. Failure to abide by rules and regulations may result in arrest, eviction, and/or forfeiture of deposit and/or rent.
  9. Any complaint to security may result in arrest, eviction, and/or forfeiture of deposit and/or rent.
  10. Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and a load of dirty towels in washing machine and start machines before checking out.  Leave all dirty linens in laundry room.
  11. The front corner bedroom will get extra hot if the blinds are open when the sun is shinning. 
  12. A garbage chute is located near elevators.  Please remove all garbage.
  13. Toilets are low capacity meaning they don’t hold much water and too much paper will cause the toilets to overflow.
  14. Please be considerate of other guests. 

CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 P.M.   It is important to check in as scheduled so that the condo may be prepared. (With permission. Early or late fees may apply.)
CHECK-OUT TIME is 10:00 A.M. It is important to check out as scheduled so that the condo may be prepared for the next arriving guests.  (With permission. Early or late fees may apply.)

LUGGAGE CARTS are located on the ground floor in the luggage cart room. Luggage carts are NOT to be taken into condo units. Please return the luggage cart to the lobby when you are finished using it.  
 
SECURITY - 24 hour security.  Guards remain at gate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All guests must show ID and Car Pass must be visible on dash board at all times while on property.  Security - 850-236-0295.
