Important Rules & Information About Our Condo
Long Beach Resort Pools and Hot Tub Rules
Please print a copy of these and have all guests read.
1. Person making reservation must be at least 25 years of age, occupy unit, and be (over age 25).
2. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged $20.00 per hour for early or late checkout. Permission is required to avoid extra charge.
3. There are 5 pool tags and a $10.00 charge will be made each non-returned tag.
4. All guests (10 maximum) must be registered with us. There is an additional charge of $50. per person for more than 10 guests.
5. Deposit refunds are mailed within 14 days after departure if condo is left as it was found upon arrival. In the event anything is missing, broken, or damaged, deposit will be forfeited. Anything missing, broken, or damaged and valued at over $250.00, renter agrees to pay remainder. Ink from Henna tattoos will permanently stain sheets, towels, and furniture. Damage from tattoo ink will result in a charge for the value of replacement.
6. No refunds for early departure due to storms unless a mandatory evacuation is announced by authorities.
7. Subletting is NOT permitted.
8. A cancellation notice of 14 days prior to arrival is required or deposit will be forfeited.
9. Canadian checks are subject to a $10.00 processing charge.
10. Local calls are free. A calling card is required for long-distance calls.
11. All vehicles entering the property must comply with the posted 10 MPH speed limit and have a visible pass displayed at all times. Vehicles not displaying a valid pass will be towed at owner’s expense.
12. No parking is allowed under canopies, along front of buildings or other areas designated as fire lanes or not parking. Vehicles may be towed for violations.
13. Golf carts, skates, roller blades, road surfers, skateboards, rental scooters and rental motorcycles are not allowed.
14. Smoking in condo or on balcony is NOT permitted and may be grounds for eviction without refund.
15. No climbing on or leaning over balcony railings is allowed.
16. Feeding seagulls (or other birds) is prohibited throughout the resort property.
17. Nudity and indecent exposure is prohibited.
18. Only owner’s are allowed pets on property and must wear special I.D. tag. Anyone who brings a pet is subject to eviction without refund.
19. Water balloon slingshots and water balloon throwing is prohibited. Throwing any items (including cigars and cigarettes) from balconies and walkways is considered dangerous and will result in eviction of guests and forfeiture of deposit. Laser pointers are prohibited throughout the resort property.
20. Do not hang towels or other articles on balcony or walkway railings. Walkways and stairways are fire exit lanes. No article shall be left in these areas at any time.
21. The use of charcoal grills, gas grills, and hibachis is prohibited throughout the resort.
22. Quiet hours are enforced throughout the resort between 10 P.M. and 10 A.M.
23. Fireworks are not permitted.
24. We request consideration of other guests and the use of the condo.
25. Any violation of this Agreement or the Rules will result in eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit.
26. Payment in full must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to receive payment will result in cancellation of reservation.
27. Full refund if reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
28. Pools and hot tubs are open from 7 AM to midnight. Quiet hours will be enforced.
29. No coolers or radios are allowed on the lagoon pool deck.
30. No floats or air mattresses are allowed in any pool when pool is crowded.
31. Throwing or hitting balls or any projectile is prohibited in pool areas.
32. No food or glass containers are allowed on pool areas.
33. No diving from or climbing on rocks or waterfalls.
34. Adults must accompany children under 12 years of age, and adults will be held responsible for actions of older children that may be unsupervised.
35. Bicycles, pets, skates, skateboards or roller blades are not allowed on pool decks.
36. Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on property. (The legal age for consuming alcohol in Florida is 21 years.)
37. Renter is responsible for financial obligations associated with renting the unit as well as conduct of all guests. All guests under 25 must have in-room adult supervision
No one is allowed to use pools or hot tubs without proper I.D. tags. This will be strictly enforced by security.
Special Care Instructions – We are pleased to have you as our guests and we hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do. From past experience we have learned that there are a few things we would like to ask guests to be careful about. We appreciate your cooperation in following all rules and regulations and hope that you will treat our condo, other guests, and the grounds at Long Beach Resort with proper respect.
Do not sit on the furniture or beds if you are in a wet swimming suit or using tanning oil.
- Avoid bringing sand into the condo as it is difficult to remove and is very abrasive and damaging to furniture, beds, floors, and carpets. Showers are provided on the ground level for washing sand off both people and/or equipment before going to condo from pools or beach. Please be considerate of the carpet.
- Do not leave doors open while air condition is running. Turn off air conditioner(s) if doors are to be open.
- DO NOT OPEN FRONT DOOR AND BALCONY DOOR AT THE SAME TIME. Wind damage may be considerable! When not in use please bolt bedroom balcony doors.
- Cooking on balconies is not allowed.
- Hanging towels, bathing suits, or other items from balcony is not allowed.
- Failure to abide by rules and regulations may result in arrest, eviction, and/or forfeiture of deposit and/or rent.
- Any complaint to security may result in arrest, eviction, and/or forfeiture of deposit and/or rent.
- Please place a load of dirty towels or sheets in washing machine and start machines before checking out. Leave all dirty linens in laundry room.
- Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher before you leave.
- A garbage chute is located near elevators. Please remove all garbage.
- Toilets are low capacity meaning they don’t hold much water and too much paper will cause the toilets to overflow.
- Please be considerate of other guests and please treat this condo better than you do your own home.
CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME is 10:00 A.M.
It is important to check out as scheduled so that the condo may be prepared for the next arriving guests.
LUGGAGE CARTS are located on the ground floor in the luggage cart room. Luggage carts are NOT to be taken into condo units. Please return the luggage cart to the lobby when you are finished using it.
SECURITY – All guests must show ID and Car Pass must be visible on dash board at all times while on property. Security - 850-236-0295.
HOUSEKEEPER: Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start; and put all dirty laundry (sheets and towels) in laundry room and start a load of towels in washer before you leave. Also, please empty all garbage. The garbage shute is on the wall that backs up to the elevators.

WIRELESS INTERNET: If you have wireless Linksys you can pick up a signal. The condo is Linksys007, and password is 817setliff. If this does not work you can always plug the yellow cord from the DSL modem directly into your computer.
No pets; Non-Smokers in condo or on balcony; Renter must be over age 25. We reserve the right to refuse service.
