Nov - Feb Weekly: 3 BR $1500. wk. / $215. nt
Holidays:         3 BR $2100. wk / $300. nt.

3 BR Rates based on 6 persons.  $100. charge for each extra person.
Weekly rentals preferred Sat. - Sat. 5 night minimum. $250. Deposit.
Renter must be over 25. Contact us for rates not posted.

*Holidays: Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year 
Holiday rate applies if your reservation involves one of these Holidays.
 Deposit: $250.   Rate includes taxes, cleaning fee, FREE wireless internet, FREE DVD movies.
