Long Beach Resort Condo RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM
No pets; Non-Smokers; Renter must be age 25 or older. Rates are U.S. dollars. Rates include taxes and cleaning fee. Deposit required within 5 business days of requesting us to hold condo or reservation will be cancelled. Rent is due 30 days prior to arrival date or reservation will be cancelled. Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit is refunded if no damage or loss to condo. Deposit is not refunded if there is loss, damage, or failure to abide by agreed terms of this agreement.
By signing this agreement I agree to hold harmless Norma Tillman, and any partners, for any loss, injury, or other misfortune that may occur while renting or staying at this condo. In the event that guests are given notice, evicted, or may have to leave the premises due to any unforeseen weather related or other reason(s) in which the owner(s) are not responsible, owner(s) will not be held liable, nor will be responsible. If a weather related evacuation is ordered/mandatory by security, there will be a refund for the days or nights affected by this event. If the evacuation is only for one night, the refund will be for one night. If the evacuation is for more than one night the refund will be adjusted accordingly. During rental period if occupants leave for any other reason, there is no refund.
In the event guests are requested to leave by security or owner, there will be no refund of rent or deposit.
Only registered guests listed on this form are allowed to stay in condo. Unregistered guests may result in eviction without deposit or rent refund, or loss of deposit for failure to register all guests.
By signing this agreement I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the Long Beach Resort Rules and the Housekeeper's Check-Out Rules. I understand that failure to abide by these rules could result in eviction without refund.
