Unit 601, overlooking one of the two Polynesian pools.
This resort has free wireless internet service, free cable tv, three
pools and three hot tubs including a large lagoon pool (6500 square
feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools,
on-site seasonal bar and grill, two lighted tennis courts, beautifully
landscaped grounds, as well as 24-hour gated access and security.
The living room has a TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, and CD player. There is
plenty of seating with two extra long Italian leather sofas and a chair.
The dining room seats six. The bar has four bar stools plus two small
stools (high chair size) for smaller children.
Each bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious pillow-top mattress,
private bath, balcony access, awesome Gulf views, and TV. The third
bedroom is also an efficiency unit with private bath, mini-kitchen, TV,
and private balcony and may be rented separately.
Each bathroom has double marble vanities and a large marble garden tub
with shower.
The living/dining area opens onto a spacious balcony overlooking 1300
feet of private, white-sand beach. There are two wonderful, relaxing,
lounge chairs on this balcony as well as a large table and four
contoured rocker/recliner chairs for balcony meals and dolphin watching.
There is almost always something to watch from the balcony....boats,
planes, parasailing, wind surfing, banana boats and wave runners, and
lots of activities. (You don't have to leave the balcony to be
entertained.) With two nearby military bases there is often an "air
show" visible from the balcony.

of the beauty of Panama City Beach in the privacy of your own spacious
balcony.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit, pets are NOT allowed, and renter MUST be 25
years of age or older.

your own chairs, have a picnic, or rent a chair with an umbrella. There
are wave runners, banana boats, and parasail rides available on the
beach.
Pineapple Willy's is one of the local favorite pier restaurants, and is
only a short walk (5 min.) down the beach from our condo.
The layout of this large, first-class, smoke-free condominium is perfect
for couples or families alike at a very inexpensive price compared to
first-class hotels. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the rooms with
sunlight and magnificent views of the ocean skyline. Garden tubs in
each bathroom are a luxurious feature.
Fully furnished kitchen, formal dining, as well as all linens give our
guests a home-away-from-home feeling.
